Shanti has more than 20 years of experience working as a therapist, coach and teacher. She offers her support to individuals, couples and groups.

Certifications: Therapist specialized in sexuality and relationships, Family Constellation facilitator, TRE-provider (tension and trauma releasing exercises), Solution focused supervision for individuals and groups, HeartMath trauma-sensitive provider.

She is the head teacher and founder  of Wild Heart Academy based in Finland.

Her approach is based on a holistic view, encouraging growth through acceptance of one self and life.

She offers her work on the farm or online and occasionally in the Algarve.
